Hardware Components

ATR hardware components for OEM's include industrial computers, specialized operator interface components, and packaged CNC systems. All ATR hardware components are integrated with RCS Software Controllers insuring that our customers receive total system support including Windows NT software and all electronic and electrical components.

The RCS Computer is a standard PC available in a tower or rack mount chassis. All software is pre-installed including Windows NT, VenturCom RTX real-time extensions, and our ANC software application. The mother board, processor, memory, graphics and peripheral components are integrated and tested for compatibility and real-time performance. More

Operator Interface Components

Special operator request symbolics in the ANC software application provide the means for the operator to interact with the system through various input devices including the MTB (Machine Tool Builder) panel and the HHC (Hand Held Control) pendant. The operator request symbolics are mappable to any of these input devices. More
