N00178-04-D-4004 enables ATR and its partners to provide engineering technical and programmatic support services to the Warfare Centers across the wide spectrum of their functional needs. ATR and its partners have a long history of outstanding quality support, and this new vehicle will extend that accessibility into the future.

• Title: Research & Development Technical, Engineering, and Analytical Support Services

Task: ATR to provide engineering, technical and analytical services in support of the various research and development programs and projects at the Carderock, Dahlgren, Panama City, Philadelphia, and Indian Head Divisions of the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC). The contract is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
